Today considered the last day of working in Wetherill Park (GWF).
Today is also Good Friday Eve.
Today is also monthly lunch for company.
Today is also a full on day.
It's just full on since morning till afternoon. Thanks to audit.
Since it is Good Friday Eve, I bought some chocolates and lollies for the guys in the production.
We are not super close but I just plainly wanna thank them for helping me.
The smile I see on Gerald's face - priceless.
That's why I like giving out small gifts. I should and will and hope I will do more when I am more financial stable lol. - Pay it forward.

In fact, I didn't really like the place on my first day.
Everyone don't seems friendly and some of them are kinda fierce, except Charlie.
Charlie is always nice. So nice. So so nice.
Charlie is that old man lol.
Ok, let's talk about work first.
I learnt so much for the past few weeks.
So much? - more to learn I believe.
First, I learnt that working at higher position doesn't mean that you can decide everything without asking any suggestions from others. Everyone can give suggestion and higher position should take down the suggestion and filter it. Of coz I am not saying talking and getting suggestions from each and everyone is the company. But getting suggestions from relevant workers is the basic rule.
Second, you gotta be friendly, use the magic words - please & thank yous. I think remembering their names helps too! (this is my principle la actually...)
Third, I learnt that before doing any final decision, before everything, you need to talk to people, understand the situation, understand what is the best for the situation and what is practical. - not just do whatever YOU think it's good.
Fourth, team work is so important. Nothing is gonna work without team work yet team work is usually lacking in a team.
Fifth, communication is so important too. Talking to each other is so important. Understand each other's need and aim is so important too.
Anyway, everything above is what I learn la...

Who is Charlie?
He is from Scotland.
He is not tall, he is short in fact for an angmoh.
He is so nice.
I think any lady who married him would be so lucky.
He is always full on.
His positive energy is full on, everyday.
To have the positive energy everyday that people around him can actually feel it - it's not a easy easy thing to do.
He always try his best to get things done on time.
He is so patient. He is like a teacher in the production hall, making sure everyone wears the hairnets and etc.
That's why I think his wife and kids are just so lucky to have such life-long partner and daddy lol.
